1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Cabme Nigeria ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. The Services

Cabme Nigeria provides a technology platform that connects users (like you) with independent third-party transportation providers ("Drivers"). You acknowledge that Cabme Nigeria does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier. All such services are provided by independent third-party contractors who are not employed by us.

3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You must be at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secret.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited behavior includes violating any law, discrimination, harassment, damaging property, or fraud. We may terminate your account for such violations.

5. Payment Terms

• Fares: You agree to pay the fare for services received, including applicable taxes and fees.
• Payment Processing: We use a third-party processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Cancellation Fee: A fee may apply if you cancel a request after a certain time.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no guarantee regarding the reliability, quality, or safety of the services or the third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for all damages and losses shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the six months prior to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cabme Nigeria harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be settled in Nigerian courts.
